Every great creation has a beginning... middle... and an end.

The beginning...

Bruce Lee said "Ideas are the beginnings of all achievements" and this venture began with an idea for a place to retire, then it evolved into a green architecture prototype resort, and finally it has settled as a prototype for self-sustainability, personal and spiritual growth and economic paradigm shift. When completed we will offer a community/resort that is 100% self sustaining through internal food and energy production with a thriving artistic community fueling multiple art export businesses and a resort for artistic and spiritual exploration catering to tourists.

A Place to Retire...

Beauty is certainly subjective and many people are drawn to the city while others are drawn to the country or mountains. I grew up in the country, moved to the city and have always wanted to retire to the mountains... Holding a vision since the mid 90's I've dreamed of building a retirement lodge or 'gathering space' that would be my primary residence but large enough for the people I am close to to visit, congregate and feel at home. Ten years later this building was dubbed "The Center of Peace" as its purpose came more into focus and the floor plan started to take shape.

Profound beauty and comfort cohesive with, and deeply embedded in, nature have always been foundations of this vision. Anyone can build a beautiful building but Mother Nature offers beauty beyond human creation and a natural setting for contemplation, spiritual exploration and relaxation. Strolling through a lush forest, smelling the fresh pines and nature bursting with life, sitting on a rock by a lake, stream or river and feeling the sun on your face... these things are bliss and the environment a community such as this deserves.

Green Architecture Prototype Resort...

The concept of a Green Construction Prototype Resort arose after being trained in holistic health, the impact of environment on health, and successfully running my second business as a holistic health professional. Green technology advances, the environmental and economic sense of self-sustainability, and a business model designed to showcase the leading green architectural options seemed a viable option for a successful resort.

Concept homes will feature a variety of green building materials and designs to showcase what is possible as a cornerstone of the community's identity. Straw bale (above), adobe, earthships, recycled tire and other materials, rammed earth, earth sheltering (left), and earthbag homes (below) are just a few simple examples of concept homes that can be used to create character and unique touring and lodging experiences for interested parties.

Imagine visiting our website and having the choice of which unique floor plan and eco-architecture you will be staying in as you enjoy all of the activities a forest retreat has to offer. And if you like what you see, we can offer you access to all the resources and professionals you need to duplicate the experience as your own private residence or summer home experience... all of which stimulates the eco-economy we support and provides supplemental income for the ranch to continue to grow and evolve.

Self-sustainability, personal and spiritual growth and an economic paradigm shift...

"Self-sustainability" means having everything one needs within the community. For us this will include basic needs (food, water, energy) as well as personal needs (entertainment, physical fitness, spiritual growth, artistic expression) and the free time to enjoy this sustainability and build additional revenue streams if one so chooses.

The economic paradigm shift will be explained in detail later but the basic concept is founded on maximum efficiency through cooperation and practice combined with incentive and time to create additional revenue streams that contribute to the individual as well as the community. It takes a fraction of additional time for a person to make food for 30 people vs. 2 people... so too with growing food, doing laundry, washing dishes, cleaning, and other domestic duties... through cooperation and practice these jobs can become maximally efficient and people's time can be better spent doing things more fun and more productive.

Recognizing that most people spend the majority of their time working to cover basic necessities and then a large portion of what is left doing domestic duties; we will create an environment where both basic necessities and domestic duties are built into the structure of the community along with a business system and distribution network for those interested in surplus revenue streams.

Henry Ford said: "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."

The philosophy is simple: Change the financial paradigm by building something nobody has ever experienced: a community where money need not change hands that generates massive revenue. Do this by creating 100% of your own energy, almost all of your own food, and building your own community shelters... then compartmentalize as many domestic duties as possible to create maximum efficiency and free time to contribute to businesses capitalizing on existing talent within the community. Give people a 4 hour work day incentive and time freedom to create businesses and take a portion of their profits to support the community... allow people to work the same 8 hour day they would work anywhere else if they prefer not to exercise their ability to create a successful business. Design the community to be run as a resort and tourist attraction.

Each of these ideas has blossomed into the next and will be explained in detail here as a step to representation in the final experience...
