One Community has been more than a 15 year process of planning and design leading up to the point we are at now where we are working on the necessary details for permitting so we can move onto the property and actually demonstrate and open source share the process of building and doing everything described on this website. Some aspects of the project are complete, many are 100s to 1000s of hours into the design process, and some are still needing to be designed almost entirely.
