Creating a New Earth: One Community Progress Update for the Last Week

One Community is focused on creating a new earth for The Highest Good of All. Open source project-launch blueprinting and free-sharing a model for self-replicating teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities to be built all over the world is our path to achieving this. We believe if we make it easy enough, affordable enough, and attractive to enough people, then we can create exponential growth and develop mainstream embracing of these concepts and literally transform life on this planet for everyone. Here is our progress update for the week of April 29th through May 5th, 2013.

Open Source Education: Our Review of Study Technology is Done!

According to Study Technology, there are three barriers that prevent students from learning: absence of mass, too steep a gradient, and the misunderstood word and the Study Technology methodology is designed to address these. This page is meant to function as an ever-expanding archive of open source, free-shared, and duplicable Study Technology inspired ideas we reviewed as part of developing the One Community Education Program sections: Curriculum for Life, Teaching Strategies for Life, Learning Tools and Toys for Life, and building The Ultimate Classroom.

One Community's Project Management Software Online Journey (Part 3 of 3)

The ACE App is a web-based application that makes it easier and quicker to log each member’s contribution, provides a chat feature, personal profile page, and even a reports page where we can export and view total team contributions for any given week or month. The best part of this is that the interface is very intuitive, very minimalistic, extremely smooth and responsive, and easy for new members to learn regardless of their technological background.

Architects of the Future: We Are One Community

This is an adaptation of an article we wrote for the Aquaponics Survivalist Communities Magazine: "Let’s be our own architects of the future and create a global cooperative for The Highest Good of All. We think that most of us sustainability-minded people know and agree that the technology and resources exist on this planet to feed, house, and supply energy for every man, woman, and child. We think most of us also know and understand that a much more ecologically friendly way of living is possible too. Even better, it seems that there is a swiftly growing movement of people who want and agree that it is a worthwhile goal to create a more fulfilling, fun, and meaningful life for ourselves, our friends, and our families. Let’s work together and create all of this..."

Earthbag Sustainable House Design and Village Model Update

Our sustainable house designs and village model focusing on open source project-launch blueprinting earthbag home construction for under $1,500 continue to evolve.
